I am a freelance creative offering print, digital and motion design.
Originally from the UK, I made the move to New Zealand in 2007. I have worked for design agencies including Communication Arts and Gusto Design, as well as Loyalty New Zealand (Flybuys), helping to execute a range of marketing campaigns and collateral for private and public organisations. I have an eagle eye for detail, find beauty in well-designed documents, and am a stickler for design accuracy when implementing brand guidelines.
In 2017, after ten years in Wellington, my family and I made the move to sunny Nelson where I have worked as a freelancer, working for both local and national clients. More recently I have developed animated social media content, continue to be a Photoshop retouch pro for national retail campaigns, and work on large government annual reports and profile documents.
The 'genius' behind my personal brand ‘The Mac Daddy’ comes courtesy my two children – a Dad who works on a Mac. I balance my time between being creative, driving my children to sport, hitting the local hills for some mountain bike action, and a touch of DIY.
